JFK, Chinese Rocks, and a Sailor's Kiss

Here are some pictures from San Diego.  We went to Rudford's diner. They had a giant picture of JFK passing by in his car in front of the restaurant the same year that he was shot (eerie). That night we went to see "Chinese Rocks" a tribute band to Johnny Thunders (from the NY Dolls) at the Tower Bar.
The big surprise of the day was the giant statue/sculpture titled "Unconditional Surrender" of the famous sailor and nurse kiss by Alfred Eisenstaedt at the waterfront.
