Ridin' Low in LA and high in Oakland: The Scraper Car

My friend says that Scraper Cars are common in Oakland. The birthplace maybe. I'm a low rider kind of person, but it is interesting to see these cars with giant rims on older model cars. The had to cut out around the tire to fit the rims. And the whole theme to some of the cars are kinda cool, but odd in the advertising Mountain Dew or Mc Donald's. But to each it's own.
