How sad is this. It is tragic to see someone so talented go this way. He was an inspiration to many artists and it takes me a while to wrap my head around Michael Jackson's death because he was so young and he was such an influence on so many people. I remember watching the videos late at night or on odd channels because we didn't have cable. Watching commercials, and cartoons, the good and the bad press. Every great artist had their problems because it is not a normal life growing up performing and being watched all the time. Wow, what a loss. I was looking at some interviews and he said that he felt lonely at times when not performing. Janet felt the same. Can't imagine what the family is going through because it must be hard to outlive your kids or your younger siblings. I hope his kids stay with the family.

I was looking for a video he did with Janet when they were little, but could not find it. Here's a cool one. Brought tears to my eyes.

that's Alfonso Ribeiro from the Fresh Prince
